How To File a

Fair Housing Complaint

All fields must be answered accurately. You will have the opportunity to expand on the details once you have been assigned a Fair Housing Specialist.

 

However, we do need you to briefly explain how you have been discriminated against on this complaint form for your complaint to be accepted and assigned to a specialist.

Once you submit your complaint, a Fair Housing Specialist will contact you within 30 days.

Housing Discrimination Complaint

Your housing discrimination complaint will be reviewed by a fair housing specialist, who will contact you if any additional information is needed. If the information provided indicates a possible violation of the Fair Housing Act, the specialist will assist you with the next steps, including filing a formal housing discrimination complaint or assisting with a request for reasonable accommodation/modification.
